I had enquired on an Audi SQ5 and the chap on the phone was friendly and dealt with the questions I had at hand.

A day later I had come to view and again dealt with a friendly chap whose customer service was 10/10. There were a few things I had wanted to do MOT etc. so I had been told the car would be ready to collect in a couple of days. Lo and behold I got a phone call 2 days later and the car was ready!
